About this Organisation

At Bolingbroke, we believe that staff development is an on-going process that is best delivered little and often. Every Friday morning, there is a whole school professional development session. These sessions are differentiated to meet the needs of our staff and ensure that our teaching reflects the latest research and pedagogy. Sessions are delivered by a range of staff members, giving them the opportunity to share best practice and develop their skills as a facilitator. We also have an extensive coaching programme across the school which help to develop a team of reflective practitioners.
